The Odawa Native Friendship Centre (ONFC) has issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) seeking a consultant or consulting firm for a feasibility study to develop two business plans for their Food Bank operations and transportation system. The primary objective of the project is to become self-sufficient in providing these services to the Indigenous community in the capital region.
