Transport Canada seeks a social sciences contractor to collaborate with an Indigenous working group to evaluate the cumulative sociocultural effects of marine activities on Indigenous communities in the Estuary and Gulf of St. Lawrence, Quebec. The contract will run from the award date until December 31, 2024.
