We're looking for you to join our team as a Credit Cards Installment Lending Manager in Toronto, ON!

 

Our Scene+ program is an enhanced loyalty program that brings together the full benefits of our Scotia Rewards initiative and Scene. Scene+ ensures that every experience brings more rewards to our customers, with the opportunity to earn and redeem Scene+ points towards travel, shopping, entertainment, dining, and banking.

 

As we expand partnerships with our Scene+ program, including our recent launch of the Empire partnership, our Credit Cards team is looking for a Manager to work with these partners to drive credit card balance growth and customer engagement.

 

As the Manager, you play an integral role in our Credit Cards team. You'll have the opportunity to develop innovative business solutions and go-to market strategies to engage in vital opportunities related to our installment program in collaboration with our partner channels. Your skillset will directly support our key initiatives, including the vision for credit card installments, a brand-new product in the Canadian market.

 

More of what you'll be doing includes:

 

  • Work with key stakeholders to help define, shape, and deliver product feature developments, digital enhancements, and promotional offer campaigns for the partner channel
  • Support in the day-to-day program management of Scene+ card partnerships related to the installment lending program
  • Keep up to date on the latest industry innovations and conduct competitive market scans to support new opportunities to improve our installment product
  • Monitor key lending KPI’s and continuously refine our product strategy, to build a customer centric product that is accretive to the bottom line of the credit card business
  • Manage key aspects of developing and operationalizing the growth strategy for the program by gathering customer feedback, optimizing pricing, establishing business processes and policies, and performance reporting
